Studies in the degree program enable you to explore management from a multidisciplinary perspective. They combine the disciplines of marketing and management, leadership psychology with the focus on organizational management, and the social scientific approach to business management.
Our teaching is based on internationally competitive research that seeks to predict the development of the changing world and work. Our students are integrated into our academic community that is specialized in working life-oriented research and development.
Our major subjects include Administrative Science, Management, and Leadership. The studies in different majors complement each other and are partly joint, particularly at the beginning of the studies. You will choose your major in the course of your second year of study.
After graduation, you can work in a range of development and expert tasks related to management and administration.
